Andreas Jaenisch ("Andy")
Andy brings over 30 years of professional experience in broadcast and event production. Alongside his creative work as a cameraman and vision mixer, he developed a strong focus on the technology behind the scenes as a video technician. He built a successful freelance career starting in Munich, working for national and international production companies. He has contributed to over 800 live productions for clients such as Audi, BMW, Deutsche Bank, HP, SAP and many others. In 1999, he moved to Berlin, where he developed the first LED billboard video playout software for NMB Street TV AG. In 2002, he joined best-media-connection GmbH as a Video TD and production manager. In 2007, he founded medien-support, where he continues to develop solutions for the broadcast and event industry.
Adil Sunil
Adil Sunil is the CTO of medien-support, where he now develops and manages modern digital solutions across web, cloud, and software systems. With over ten years of experience in SaaS technologies, full-stack development, and project management. Throughout his career, he has led complex software and digital transformation projects in international environments, helping organizations streamline processes, scale platforms, and implement sustainable technology solutions. At medien-support, he is responsible for shaping the company's technical direction and ensuring reliable, future-proof systems that support production and business growth.
